Ownership remains with the contributor unless and until the contributor requests removal of the content from VarsIQ platforms, subject to reasonable administrative processing time and any archival, legal, or previously distributed publications already in circulation.By submitting content, the contributor grants VarsIQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote the Submitted Content across VarsIQ-operated platforms, including but not limited to its website, social media channels, livestreams, editorial publications, highlight packages, and related media coverage.This permission does not authorize VarsIQ to use Submitted Content for standalone commercial advertising campaigns, paid sponsorships, compensated endorsements, or third-party commercial licensing without obtaining additional written permission from the contributor.Submitted Content must be original, authentic, and primarily human-created. VarsIQ does not accept fully AI-generated articles, photographs, artwork, videos, or other synthetic media presented as original journalism, photography, or editorial work. Limited AI-assisted tools used for grammar correction, minor editing, caption assistance, noise reduction, color correction, transcription, or workflow enhancement are permissible, provided the underlying work remains substantially created and directed by the contributor.Contributors affirm that:1.) They are the original creator of the Submitted Content or otherwise possess all necessary rights and permissions to submit it. 2.) Their submission does not knowingly infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party. 3.) Any disclosed AI-assisted elements comply with VARSIQ submission standards. 4.) VarsIQ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, reject, edit, remove, or discontinue use of any Submitted Content at any time.Submission of this form constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
