1. About VarsIQ
VarsIQ provides local sports coverage, photography, videography, media content, articles, galleries, commentary, features, announcements, and related services.
VarsIQ may cover schools, teams, athletes, leagues, events, clubs, organizations, businesses, and communities at multiple levels of competition.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the VarsIQ website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- Use the site for illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent purposes

- Violate the rights, privacy, safety, or dignity of athletes, minors, families, schools, teams, VarsIQ, or third parties

3. VarsIQ Content
Unless otherwise stated, all VarsIQ content is owned by VarsIQ or used with permission. This includes articles, photos, videos, graphics, logos, captions, designs, galleries, layouts, branding, written content, and other materials.
You may view VarsIQ content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, license, distribute, modify, crop watermarks, remove attribution, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit VarsIQ content without prior written permission.
Sharing a link to VarsIQ content is permitted, provided the link does not misrepresent the content, remove credit, bypass access controls, or imply endorsement.
4. Photography, Galleries, and Media Use

Purchasing, downloading, viewing, or receiving access to VarsIQ photos or videos does not transfer copyright ownership. Unless VarsIQ provides written permission or a specific license, delivered media is for personal use only.

- Remove or alter watermarks
- Screenshot, download, or copy images from galleries without permission
- Use VarsIQ images for commercial, promotional, recruiting, fundraising, advertising, or organizational purposes without permission
- Submit VarsIQ images to third parties as your own work
- Edit VarsIQ images in a misleading or harmful way

5. User Submissions
VarsIQ may allow users, parents, guardians, coaches, schools, teams, organizations, athletes, or visitors to submit story ideas, correction requests, photos, videos, roster information, nominations, event details, comments, messages, or other materials.
By submitting content to VarsIQ, you represent that:
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have the right to submit it
- The submission does not violate another person’s rights
- The submission does not violate privacy, school, team, league, contractual, or legal restrictions
- If the submission involves a minor, you have the appropriate authority or consent to provide it
You grant VarsIQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and archive submitted content for editorial, promotional, operational, and business purposes.
VarsIQ may decline, edit, remove, or delete submissions at its discretion.
6. Children and Minors
VarsIQ may cover events involving minors. Users must handle all content involving minors responsibly.
Children under 13 should not submit personal information to VarsIQ without their parent or legal guardian’s consent. Our handling of children’s information is described in our Children’s Privacy Policy.
Parents or legal guardians may contact VarsIQ with privacy, safety, correction, or removal concerns involving a minor.
7. Accuracy, Corrections, and Updates
VarsIQ works to publish accurate and responsible content, but errors may occur. Scores, schedules, rosters, statistics, captions, names, dates, and event details may change or may be provided by third parties.
VarsIQ may correct, clarify, update, or remove content at its discretion. Correction requests may be submitted under our Corrections Policy.
VarsIQ does not guarantee that all information on the site is complete, current, or error-free.
8. Opinion, Commentary, and Editorial Judgment
VarsIQ may publish opinion pieces, commentary, rankings, predictions, analysis, reviews, or editorial viewpoints.

If VarsIQ offers accounts, paid services, bookings, galleries, downloads, products, subscriptions, or orders, additional terms may apply.
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and order information. VarsIQ may refuse, cancel, refund, or limit orders where appropriate, including cases involving errors, suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or policy violations.
Prices, availability, services, and offerings may change without notice unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
